Title: Fixed issue with new accounts redirecting to a 404 and personal messages not working

Ok well sorry about that, there was an issue with a redirect on new user accounts or users that had to accept the privacy policy, for some reason it threw up a 404, it shouldn't but it did, dang gremlins

so that's been fixed now
and another slight issue was fixed with not being able to use the personal messages due to a typo, opps my bad
